Registering your 2008 SUM Team!
  IMPORTANT: T-SHIRTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER
FEBRUARY 11TH.

  1. Team Name - Go ahead....have fun with it!

  2. Email addresses (very important for communication throughout the program. If a team member doesn't have an email address, the Team Captain is responsible to distribute the weekly articles.)

  3. Team Captain's Mailing address - Team T-shirts will be mailed to.

    Deadline for entry is January 29 - However, we will be accepting entries throughout the 3-month program.
    (Sign-up early - you don't want to miss out on logging miles or getting weekly tips!)
    $5 flat team T-shirt mailing fee. All T-shirts will be mailed
    to the Team Captain during the first part of March

KICK OFF HEALTH FAIR & TEAM WEIGH-INS!

All Shape Up Montana Teams are invited to attend the health fair courtesy of Billings Clinic and
team weigh-ins (for weight loss teams). 

Where: First Interstate Bank Downtown, Billings

When:  Wednesday, January 30
Time:    7:00 am to 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm to 5:30pm

The SUM Support Team will be there to answer any questions and to accept onsite entries.

When:  Thursday, January 31
Time:  1 1:00 am - 1:00 pm
