Submitting Weights for Weight Loss Division
1. Log into your Personal Dashboard (PD) using your
U & P
Hint: PD Log in area is
right below the SUM logo on this page

Scroll down the page on your
Dashboard to the link: 'Enter Weights' to submit your Weight.
(Hint: it is past the 'Useful
Tools' logos) Only enter your
weight...not what you have lost.
EXAMPLE: If you are the Team Captain you will
see the following screen below:
In addition: Each Team
Member may log in and enter their own weight and have the option to
make it private. TC will not see your weight only that you have
submitted it.
This is because the Team Captain is able to enter weight
for anyone on on his or her team.
Group Entry is for a combined weight.
This is used if the whole team stands on a scale.
Team Captain's weight MUST be
included in the Group Entry
Individual Entry is for separate
weight. This is used if each person enters their weight individually.
Either they do it, or the Team Captain does it.
Explaining Group Entry
If you select Group Entry, the Team Captain's weight
must be included in the weight box.
You will get a page that looks similar to this:
As you can see the Team Captain's name is not listed,
because they are automatically included in this group.
Each person in the group who has not yet entered
weight individually is listed.
These are to indicate if they are included in the
weight. For example, perhaps my team member "Happy Person" was not at
the group weigh-in. You would simply check all of the names who were on
the scale, and leave "Happy Person" unchecked. You could then go in and
enter that person's weight individually.
Explaining Individual Entry
This is a way for the Team Captain to enter each
person's weight individually. Each Team Member may also log in and
enter their weight and have the option to make it private.
You will get a page similar to this:
Each Member is listed out, which an option to enter
weight for them. Since this is the Team Captain's view there is no
option to make anything private.
Only those who have not been included in a group will
have boxes to enter weight. If weight has already been entered it will
display in the box.
