Using the New!
Interactive Personal Mile Log Sheet
Computer must have Adobe Reader 9.0
or higher.

The interactive personal mile log sheet allows you to do
the following:
-
Select a month
-
Enter in dates in the small boxes in left corner
-
Enter in daily miles.
(see 'Using Miles Calculator" below)
-
Automatically totals weekly and monthly miles
REMINDER!
Hit the 'save' button icon located on the sheet to save daily entry.
(It is above the the purple line )
~ THE LOG
SAVES TO A FILE ON TO YOUR COMPUTER ~
1. Do not change the name of the
file when you save it.
2. To access the log again simply
go to where you saved it on your computer
3. Open and add miles for that day
and save (replace) the previous log.
COMMON ISSUES IF
YOU CAN NOT SAVE.

2. If you do not want to get the
free upgrade of Adobe Reader. Simply print out the Personal Log sheet
and keep track manually.

Reporting Activity Miles Monthly
1. At the end of each month log into your
Personal dashboard to submit your monthly mile totals. You may edit your
own miles at any time.
2. Your miles will automatically be
combined with your team members and the team average will be viewable on
the link, "Compare Average Total and Miles In My Division". This
is where your team is compared to all teams across the State in that
division.
Using The New Miles Calculator
(located on your Personal dashboard)

This handy calculator has hundreds of
activities to choose from and calculates those into miles!
In addition to your miles it also calculates approximately
how many calories you used.
Get busy! If your activity isn't listed use your Best
Judgment. |
