Weight Loss Category: YOUR TEAM MUST REGISTER FIRST Participants submit a beginning weight anytime from January 25th to February 7th by logging into your  Personal Dashboard using your Username and Password.

  INDIVIDUAL WEIGHTS WILL NOT BE SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE. A team captain may submit team member weights or each team member by log their own weight.

There will be a midway report on March 31.  Final team report will be due May 5th .

Shape Up Montana T-shirts, weekly nutrition and fitness articles, as well as automatic entry into the 2011 Fitness Walk in the Big Sky State Games held in July are included in the registration fee.

The cost per member is $15. Employees of Big Sky State Games or SUM sponsors is $10 per participant. A $8 T-shirt mailing fee per team (not per member) will be charged to all teams.
SUM T-shirts will be mailed out during the month of March .

Deadline for entry is January 24, 2011 - However, we will be accepting entries throughout the 3-month program. (Sign up early- you don't want to miss out on logging miles or getting your articles!
