Activity Category is spilt into 5 divisions: Beginner,
Intermediate, Experienced, Professional & Family.

Beginners: Majority of team members have less than 3 years of exercise experience.

Intermediate: Majority of team members have more than 3 years of exercise
experience & routinely workout to stay fit.

Experienced: Majority of members are
physically fit & participate in competitive athletic events: i.e.
road races, cycling, swimming, basketball, triathlons, etc.
-
Professional: One or more team member
is an instructor of any type of fitness activity.
-
Family: All Team members are family. Family members may
be from outside of Montana.
Members participating in the
Accumulated Activity
category
may use the Interactive
Personal Mile Log Sheet
using the
Miles
Calculator located on your Personal Dashboard. Participants log miles online each month at
www.shapeupmontana.org by
logging into your Personal Dashboard using your
Username and Password.
Team
progress will also be available on your page.
Team Miles are due on:
March 3, April
1 and May 1.
Shape Up Montana T-shirts, weekly nutrition,
fitness articles, as well as automatic entry into the 2011 Fitness Walk
in the Big Sky State Games held in July are included in the registration
fee.
The cost per member is $15. Employees of Big
Sky State Games or SUM sponsors is $10 per participant. A $8 T-shirt mailing
fee per team (not per member) will be charged to all teams.
SUM T-shirts will be mailed out to all teams during the month of March.
Deadline for entry is January 24, 2011 -
However, we will be accepting entries throughout the 3-month program.
