SUMMING UP SUM 2010
l
My decision to do SUM has helped me to be
more motivated in my exercising and eating
awareness. It has changed the decisions I
make on a daily basis in both of these
areas. Also it has been fun and a real sense
of community to have a team to work/walk
with in an atmosphere of determination,
unity and fun.

I really liked the
interactive aspect and the new log-in area
was really helpful. Recipes and exercises
and goal setting all in one easy place!
Thank you for a great service!

I
LOVE the Shape up for Montana program I
am not very athletic but in this program
I feel like a winner with it connected
to the Big Sky State games. Thanks for
all the encouragement!!

Shape Up is a great program to
get individuals involved in activity
at work with teammates. I had the
opportunity to build lasting
relationships and challenge myself.
It was a great experience and can't
wait for next year!
