was excited to participate and it seemed to bring
folks together for a cause. It was nice to see
people inviting others from the teams to walk about
during off times. As for myself, it was good to get
started on a regime of exercise and to know that I
will be continuing that program all through the

was already into a long term pattern of working out
5 days a week. The materials on the web-site were
interesting and created more knowledge for me, as
well as awareness regarding ways I can do better.

Shape Up MT got me motivated to start exercising
again and by being on a team I felt I needed to
exercise even if I didn't want to, so I wouldn't let
down my team.

Having the log sheet made me more aware of the
exercising that I was doing and that I wanted to do
better each month. Also with springtime coming up I
will be doing more exercising with outdoor
activities. I am going to continue to use a log
sheet for my miles for the rest of the year. Thank
