Reps 10-15 Sets 1-3
Reps 15-25 Sets 3-5
Place ball in the middle of back. Position legs at a 90 degree. Keeping neck neutral, as you lift your shoulder blades off the ball, concentrate pushing your bellybutton into your lower back as you crunch upward.
If you feel any discomfort in your back or neck. Stop immediately.
